The Breaker Mission is more than a book. It is a movement of men choosing freedom.
We exist to help men break free from shame, silence, and the hidden wounds of their past. Too many men are carrying battles no one sees. On the outside they appear strong, successful, driven, and composed. On the inside they are wrestling anxiety, depression, anger, isolation, and a quiet belief that they are not enough.
We believe healing begins the moment silence is broken. We believe brotherhood restores what isolation destroys. We believe faith rebuilds what trauma tried to take. And we believe no man is too far gone to walk in freedom.
Our Mission
Our mission is to equip men with the truth, tools, and brotherhood they need to confront shame, heal from past wounds, restore their identity, and lead their families with strength and spiritual authority.
This is not about creating perfect men. It is about forming whole men. Honest men. Courageous men. Men who are willing to face what hurt them instead of hiding from it. When a man heals, everything around him changes his marriage, his children, his leadership, and his legacy.
The Breaker Mission exists to build strong men of faith —physically, emotionally and spiritually restored.
Our Founder: Micah LaCerte
Micah LaCerte is a World Champion fitness athlete, The host of SoulFIT Tv on CTN, transformation coach and entrepreneur who has helped thousands of men and women transform their bodies and lives. From the outside, his life reflected success, magazine covers, championship titles, national television appearances, a happy marriage and thriving businesses.
But behind that success was a private battle with anxiety, depression, and deep shame connected to childhood trauma. For years, he remained silent. He carried the weight internally while appearing strong externally.
When he chose to tell the truth, everything changed.
What once felt like destruction became a calling. Micah’s journey of healing became The Breaker, a book and a movement dedicated to helping men step out of silence and into strength. The Breaker Mission was born from that conviction: that no man should have to fight his battles alone.
What We Believe
We believe brotherhood matters, because real transformation happens in community, not isolation.
We believe faith is the foundation of lasting freedom, because true healing is not just emotional, it is spiritual.
We believe every man’s story has power, and that when one man heals, another finds hope.
Strength is not pretending nothing happened. Strength is facing what happened and choosing to overcome it.

WHAT WE DO
The Breaker Mission creates environments, tools, and resources to help men heal and grow.
Through The Breaker book, devotionals, speaking engagements, discipleship gatherings, and developing brotherhood communities such as The Forge, we guide men step by step through restoration. We create safe but strong spaces where men can speak honestly, confront truth, and rebuild their lives with accountability and faith.
This is not surface-level motivation. This is deep transformation rooted in truth, brotherhood, and spiritual renewal.
Why This Matters
Unhealed men do not just hurt silently, they pass pain forward.
But healed men change families. Healed men change churches. Healed men change communities. Healed men change generations.
